December 14, 2011 – Today, Love and Long, L.L.P. received an award from the United States Department of Treasury for outstanding legal services performed under its Small Business Lending Program (SBLF Program) at a ceremony held at Treasury’s Washington, D.C. headquarters. Under the SBLF Program, the Firm negotiated and closed over 170 preferred stock, subordinated debt and equity equivalent securities transactions totaling over $2.2 billion during the period of June 2011 through September 2011. Love and Long was one of only two small business selected nationwide to perform legal services for Treasury. John D.
