Lisa D. Love is an attorney concentrating in banking and
institutional lending, corporate, real property, public agency and
municipal law and related litigation.  Ms. Love was employed by a
Madison Avenue, New York law firm employing 250+ attorneys,
formerly known as Rosenman & Colin, where she gained extensive
experience for over eleven years in the Corporate Department with
an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and
bond finance.

She has served as City Attorney for the City of Orange, Corporation
Counsel for the City of Plainfield, Special Counsel to the City of East
Orange School Demonstration Project, Special Counsel to the City
of Newark, Counsel to the Plainfield Redevelopment Authority and
Labor Counsel to the Plainfield Municipal Utilities Authority.  She is
co-author of the zoning and land use book entitled "A Practical
Guide to Zoning and Land Use in New Jersey" © (NBI - 2005).  
Currently, she serves as counsel to several financial institutions and
other corporate entities.

She is a member of the National Bar Association, the New Jersey
State Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the District
of Columbia Bar Association, the Garden State Bar Association and
the Association of Black Women Lawyers.  She is a graduate of
Georgetown University Law Center (JD) and Northeastern University
(BS) and is a former Adjunct Professor in the Legal Studies
Department of Montclair State University.

Ms. Love has been recognized by The Women's Fund of New
Jersey as an outstanding woman in the field of real estate and has
received an award for outstanding service in the field of community
lending.
