Love and Long, L.L.P. Selected Foreclosure Mediation Counsel

Love and Long, L.L.P. has been selected by the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage
Finance Agency to provide legal services under the New Jersey Judiciary
Foreclosure Mediation Program to clients in Essex, Hudson and Union Counties.
The program was created by the Administrative Office of the Courts in response to
the unprecedented increase in residential mortgage foreclosures in New Jersey.
The program seeks to resolve foreclosure actions by proposing work-out and
payment arrangements that accommodate the circumstances of distressed
borrowers and the financial interests of lenders.
