Reginald A. Long, Sr. Participates in Land Use Law Seminar

Love and Long, L.L.P. is pleased to announce that Reginald A. Long, Sr. gave a presentation at the continuing legal education seminar entitled “Advance Topics in Real Estate” which was provided by the National Business Institute and was held in Newark, New Jersey on October 15, 2012. Mr. Long’s presentation included a review of zoning and land use actions, constitutional considerations in land use law, judicial challenges to rezoning decisions, and judicial appeals of administrative zoning decisions. Mr. Long is an equity partner of Love and Long and practices in the transactional and business law areas of commercial real estate, commercial finance, land use, planning and zoning legal representing public entities and private businesses.
