This provides for U.S. Government repayment guarantees of debt issued by U.S. or foreign shipowners for financing or refinancing U.S. flag vessels or eligible export vessels constructed, reconstructed or reconditioned in U.S. shipyards and U.S. shipyards for financing advanced shipbuilding technology of privately-owned, general shipyard facilities located in the U.S. The Firm consolidated, redrafted and updated all program documents for the Title XI Program.
