The school serves 1,300 pre-K to 12th grade students. The school campus is an elementary school and a middle / high school. The school centers around two auditoriums, an 800-seat performing arts theater with lighting, sound, and rigging equipment, and a 400-seat auditorium. This project is part of the revitalization of the City of East Orange Lower Main Street Redevelopment Program Plan Area.

The firm provided eminent domain and condemnation legal services required to acquire the land on which the school is located, drafted and negotiated agreements among the City, the contractor and the East Orange School District and otherwise represented the city in the development.
