The Renaissance Homes Project is a $1.6 million residential development comprised of four residential units. The project consisted of the gut rehabilitation of four properties by the developer which are resold. The program encourages neighborhood revitalization and promotes home ownership. Our firm provided representation to the developer in all phases of the project including HUD approval and closing, and construction financing process. The project is located in West Harlem, New York and serves as an example of the economic development occurring within the Harlem Community.
