Sherry Olin Lemonick has 25 years of legal experience representing privately held companies in all phases of their business from formation through exit. Sherry has experience in many industries including pharmacy, healthcare, retail services and manufacturing. † She counsels her clients on all types of corporate and financing matters.† Sherry has experience in both the private practice of law as well as the in-house arena having worked at Klehr Harrison, Harrison, Pepper Hamilton and Blank Rome. In addition, Sherry served as counsel to the University of Pennsylvania Health System where she was responsible for all legal aspects of primary care network with over 1500 employees in 75 locations and managed the company’s legal department and utilized her legal and business expertise to advise senior management on a variety of day to day legal issues, including contracts, employment issues, strategic planning and litigation management.
Prior Relevant Experience:
With a degree in accounting, and a strong business background, Sherry’s current practice seeks to work with companies’ senior management team to assist her clients with the implementation of their business plans and the achievement of their strategic goals. Sherry also provides her clients with business-related and legal advice in connection with mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, venture capital and equity financings, loan and other forms of financing transactions, asset-based†and health care financings (senior and mezzanine), employment agreements, corporate contracts, real estate matters, joint ventures and strategic alliances, general contracts and day-to-day corporate work.
