Our practice in the United States focuses on equity investments in various corporate sectors. In Europe and Africa, the work of our attorneys has been centered on the financing and development of energy projects as well as acquisitions and mezzanine financings in emerging markets.
Attorneys at the firm have represented multilateral and bilateral agencies, international commercial bank lenders, and project developers in international and domestic project financings and equity transactions. In addition, attorneys have advised multi-billion dollar investment firms and institutional investors making private investments in emerging market economies, particularly in Africa, Asia and Eastern Europe, concentrating on representing principals and stakeholders in the formation, structuring and operation of domestic and international investment funds.
