Love and Long, L.L.P. represented Brick City Development Corporation, Newark’s economic development catalyst, providing tax credit financing to assist in the redevelopment and expansion of Newark Screens.

The new mega theater will have 12 screens, two of which will be 3-D, and will bring jobs into the area. The financing was part of an overall transaction in which Goldman Sachs-provided senior financing and BCDC-provided subordinated financing.
