Childress, Jr. gave a presentation entitled Anatomy of a Commercial Real Estate Transaction during the Annual Convention of the National Bar Association held in St. Louis, Missouri.  The firm’s  presentation included a review of various phases experienced in a Real Estate transaction including negotiation of the purchase and sale agreement, title examination and closing the transaction.
